  • Last week's TE winter hat sale went very well.  Although there are still some left, they won't last long. So, TE Paw Print winter hats will be on sale during morning bus time in the front lobby this week until they sell out.  Hats are only $12.  Cash or checks made out to the TEMS PTO will be accepted.  Get your Pom Pom Cougar hat soon, before they are all gone.

  • There will be a Cougar Community Service Club meeting after school on Wednesday.  We will be making miniature clay bowls for the upcoming Empty Bowls event.  Stay tuned for the meeting location.

  • Tomorrow, Tuesday, January 23, all students will participate in the first round of the National Geographic Bee.  The first round will begin immediately after morning announcements on the TE TV News channel and take approximately 10 minutes.  Questions are designed to test knowledge of geography.  The top 10 students at TE will be invited to compete in the final and championship rounds.  At the beginning of April, our school winner will represent TE at the state level competition.  So, remember to bring a pencil to homeroom tomorrow.  Good luck!

  • The Lady Cougars were back on the hardwood last Friday in another tough CRAL matchup with Manchester's Illing Rams.  Unfortunately, the Lady Cougars were on the wrong side of the score line losing 40-26.  It was a very strong effort from the girls, but they couldn't maintain their lead after the first quarter.  Leading the Lady Coug's was Maria Galley with 15 points, while Lexi Wheeler and Hayden Courtois added five and Ava Magarain chipped in one.  The girls play again on Tuesday night.

  • Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Chicken Tenders. In the Grill line you can have Mozzarella Sticks and in the On the Go line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches. Have a great day, do your best, and remember to always strive for 5!
