  • The TEMS Boys soccer team played East Hartford last Thursday night and pulled away in the end to ensure a 4-1 victory over the Falcons.  Dalton Crane scored the first tally of the game, when he struck his freekick towards goal.  Even though it took a massive deflection, it was still on target and he gets credited for the finish.  East Hartford snuck back in to the game with a solo effort, from one of the regions best players, making it 1-1 at half time. At halftime, Coach Chandler addressed the players and they came out firing on all cylinders.  About 10 minutes into the half, the Cougars got their second when Mo Rahman headed home a cross from Logan Jackson.  Ahan Karnik matched Rahman's header with one of his own, making the score to 3-1.  Haris Zhinipotoku was credited with the assist. Dillon Leacu, was back on the score sheet too, his first since the start of the season as he placed a cheeky little chip over the head of the keeper.  Mohamed Merzougui got the assist, his first point of the season.  The Cougars play hose once again when they welcome the Patriots of JFK on Tuesday after school.  Come out and cheer on the boys.
