  • Hi everyone! Its time for the Walk-A-Thon! We need your help to raise $25000 for the school. If we do, the whole school will enjoy Kona Ice following the Walk-a-thon. And even better, if we raise $30,000, Officer Owens will be slimed!!  Please have your parents/guardians register you ASAP so we can reach our goal. Information for registration can be found on the TEMS homepage. So far we have raised $6500.  It seems that 6th grade has raised the most so far. Keep up the good work, you are on your way to earning recess!
  • The boys' cross-country team traveled to Sage Park on Tuesday.  The sun may have been heating up, but TE was on fire. The boys' team took an early lead and held onto it for the entire race.  Resulting in TE taking the top four spots. In 4th place Graeme Taylor, in 3rd Aiden Pilatti, in 2nd place Alex Larmand, and in 1st place Jeff Zeng. Both Alex and Jeff finished the race in under 14:00 minutes. Other strong finishes to help secure the win were Evan Taylor, Jackson Reed, and Veer Rupani. The final score was TE 16 - Sage Park 47. Congrats on the WIN. Good luck next week at Illing.
  • The TEMS Girl's Cross Country team beat Sage Park Middle School in a dual meet with a score of 22 to 44. Top 5 girls includes Jana Brownbill who took first overall with a time of 15:00, Ali Kupec, Greta Johnson, Akithmi Koththigoda, and Charlotte Zhang.
  • Last night the Cougars Boys soccer team hosted the Chargers of Sage Park and came away with a resounding victory.  Two goals From Adam Elsendyouney sparked the Cougar attack.  Roby Sayavong scored the first goal, his first goal on a Cougar uniform, as did Drew Boehm, who scored the final tally of the night.  In the middle of the two finishes, Aaron Cheriha, Zayd Sebro, Logan Jackson, and Dillon Leacu all had a goal on the night.  The defense was never tested as Aniron Pal posted his third shut out of the young season.  Up next the Cougars have a slightly harder challenge when they travel to East Hartford after school tonight.  Good luck boys.
  • The Lady Cougars played an unbelievable game yesterday at sage park middle school. Coach B said "despite the mosquitos biting me, I was very impressed with all the girls hard work and dedication. “Kinsley Wood started off the game with a great goal followed by many shots taken and goals scored by Sleska Zajac,  Shea Rrochu, Emily Gamble, Allison Marques, and Emily Ward. The girls won 9-0 and hope to have another great game later today against East Hartford middle school. Shoutout to our amazing team managers Mia Haynes and Quyen Tran.
