  • Thank you to everyone who stopped by the table in the lobby and made a donation to support seventh grade student, Rachel Mathew who qualified to compete at the 2023 National History Day competition at the University of Maryland. If you did not stop by today, you still have time on Wednesday or Thursday before homeroom and make a donation to help Rachel and her family travel to and from National History Day in Maryland. Everyone who makes a donation will receive a sticker, a magnet or keychain as a thank you. Please come out and support Rachel as she represents Timothy Edwards at National History Day. THANK YOU!!
  • This summer take your soccer game to a whole new level.  Join TEMS Coaches Brian Chandler and Gary Swierczynski for a fun-filled week of soccer taught the right way.  Each day will present new experiences for the beginner and new challenges for the skilled veteran.  The goal is to learn skills, meet some new friends and of course, have fun.  The dates of the camp are July 17th through July 21st from 9:00am to 12pm.  Please visit the South Windsor Recreation Department website and search for Cougar Soccer Camp.  Please see Mr. Chandler or Mr. S for more information.  Flyers are also available in the boys and girls locker room.
  • Just a friendly reminder that all TE library books are due back to the library on Monday, June 5thIf you’ve lost a library book this year, please come and see me in the LMC as soon as possible. Current 6th and 7th graders interested in checking out TE Library books over the summer can do so from Wednesday, June 7th to Friday, June 9th.  In order to do so, come to the library with a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian from June 7th to the 9th.  If you are interested, I have copies of this permission slip in the LMC and it’s also posted on the main TE LMC page. Please come and see me if you have any questions. Thank you and have a great day,
  • Are you interested in other countries around the world? Do you wanna experience other cultures? On Thursday, June 8th, T.E. students can join us for a TE International Family Night Event from 6-8pm in the cafeteria and auditorium where students and staff can showcase food, dance, music and other elements of your culture. We are looking for students who are interested in volunteering to help run International Night.  This would include doing set up, decorating, or volunteering at a booth doing henna, face painting, origami, etc.  To sign up, or share other ideas of how you could help, please fill out the Google Form posted in your Homeroom Google Classroom ASAP.  See Mr. Ruiz in room 211 or Mrs. Shattuck in 363 with questions.
