  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Thursday, March 6.
  • Out of the Blue will meet after school on Monday 3/10 in room 222.  Ms. Olsen looks forward to seeing everyone who can come. Congratulations to our club members in Entertainers, Robotics, and Science Olympiads on your performance/competitions this weekend and we look forward to having you back at our meetings.
  • Attention Timothy Edwards Debaters TODAY after school an INFO SESSION to explain POLICY DEBATING will be held in ROOM 382. Please plan to attend if you are considering participating in the Connecticut Democracy's Center's DEBATE Tournament on April 22nd.  The INFO Session will begin immediately after dismissal. Please plan on staying until 4 PM and either arrange for a ride home OR take a late bus. Questions? Contact Mr. Smith-Horn in room 382.
  • Helloooooooo, Cougars! TE Change Leaders is very, very, very excited to announce the winners for the Black History Month Hallway Decorating Contest! We will announce Top 3: In third place, we have Emerald!!!!! Congratulations! In second place, we have Garnet!!!!!!! Congratulations once again! And finally, drumroll please, *drumroll*, we have Evergreen as our first place winner! Outstanding job! You guys will be winning a chill day that will be scheduled soon. See Ms. Bynoe for any questions regarding the prize. Finally, we'd like to thank all participants for participating and helping us raise money for cerebral palsy; we really appreciate it. Thank you Cougars, and have an amazing day!
  • In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re excited to highlight inspiring women in STEM! Today we have Dr. Katherine Johnson. She was a mathematician whose calculations were critical to NASA's space missions including the moon. Have you ever heard of the movie Hidden Figures. She is one of the characters featured in that movie. 
  • Are you ready to explore the exciting world of STEM like these women? Join us on March 14th from 6 pm to 8pm in TE for our STEM Night. This evening will be dedicated to increasing interest and confidence in STEM careers for your curious mind. You can expect engaging activities, STEM professionals like Doctors, Geologists, Environment scientists, Biologists, Software engineers and many more! Love STEM so much!
