- Hello, Cougars! Today, Wednesday March 4th, is the final day of the Black History Day contest. We will be judging today to see who wins the chill day, so please make your final touches! And please make sure your 20 dollar fee for participation is paid! Thank you Cougars, and we are excited to announce who wins very soon!
- Hello, Cougars! The Cougar Chronicles committee is very excited to announce that we have officially released our 2nd/February issue! We have countless articles, artwork, poems, slideshows, and even a new interactive button! Go take a look at it now! It is on the TEMS homepage under the Student and Parents dropdown (click "TEMS newspaper"). And all teachers, please post the link to this newspaper in your Google Classroom: Link We would also like to congratulate Aadya Tadikonda for winning the art competition! - Jump Start will be held today after school. Please bring all of your supplies to the cafeteria after school.
- In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re excited to highlight inspiring women in STEM! Today we have Ada Lovelace. She is considered to be one of the first computer scientists/programmers. She was the one who wrote the first algorithm for the implementation on Charles Babbage's early mechanical general purpose computer which was an Analytical Engine.
- Are you ready to explore the exciting world of STEM like these women? Join us on March 14th from 6 pm to 8pm in TE for our STEM Night. This evening will be dedicated to increasing interest and confidence in STEM careers for your curious mind. You can expect engaging activities, STEM professionals like Doctors, Geologists, Environment scientists, Biologists, Software engineers and many more!
- ROAR Madness is back. Teachers will be recognizing students who are showing Respect, Ownership, Acceptance and Resilience with purple tickets all month long. Students can place them in the big raffle bucket during lunch waves with their names on them. Each Friday we will announce students to choose a prize from this menu. This first drawing will be this Friday LIVE on the news, so lets ROAR through March together and show Respect, Ownership, Acceptance and Resilience.
