  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Thursday, February 20.
  • The boys basketball took on Sage park in the the semifinals of the playoffs yesterday afternoon. The Cougars started slow and trailed 16-9 after the first quarter.  The boys battled back the second quarter with some pressure defense and some timely three pointers and trailed 26-22 at the half.  The defensive pressure lead to some easy baskets and helped the Cougars take the lead after after 3 quarters, 34-33.  Timothy Edwards finally wore down Sage Park and outscored the Chargers 25-9 in the 4th.  The Cougars won 59-42 and will play Illing Middle School Friday at Timothy Edwards for the championship.
  • Out of the Blue will meet after school on Monday, March 24 in room 222.  Please remember that all members must bring a submission. Ms. Olsen looks forward to seeing you there.
  • Attention spring sport athletes...registration is now open for track and field, softball and baseball.  Please visit the TE athletics page for more information.  
  • SAGA will be meeting today after school in room 145. All students are always welcome to attend and late buses will be available for transportation home. As always, if you have any questions or concerns about SAGA, reach out to Ms. Carver or Mrs. Reed. Hope to see you later today!

Join us on February 21st from 6-8 PM in the TE Cafeteria for an unforgettable night of music, movement, and excitement. With the beach theme and dance floor energy, this is your chance to ride the wave of fun! Tickets are just $10 each, and all proceeds will go to the CT Children’s Hospital. The library will also be a place to relax, with face paints, tattoos, bracelets, and even a movie available. Tickets will be available for purchase in the main lobby before homeroom from February 18th to February 21st or you can buy them online with the QR code provided. To secure your ticket, make sure to fill out the Google form on the TEMS website!
