• Attention UConn Writing Project! 8th graders meet today, Monday, in Mr. Millard’s room! See you and your writing pieces after school!

• Today's the day!  Out of the Blue will have our first meeting of 2025!  We hope many of you will join us in room 222 right after school to celebrate the written and artistic talents of many in our building.  Please bring your Chromebook.

• A Reminder to All Chorus Members:  You should report directly to your chorus number in the music hallway for your first Encore class today.

• The deadline to submit a JAMM application has been extended to today. If you haven’t heard, JAMM, which stands for “Just About Making Music”, is a brand new after school club for TE's Music Matrix students in grades 6-8. If you're interested in exploring electric guitar, ukulele, keyboard, electric bass, and drum set while working together to arrange and perform music, apply now! The online application can be found in your current Music Matrix Google Classroom. Reach out to Ms. Carver with any questions.

• Attention Mathletes: Registration is now open for the AMC-8 Test. This incredibly challenging timed test is open to all interested TEMS students.  Use Classroom Code: zrgtcrf to get additional details. The AMC-8 test will be administered on Friday, January 24, 2025 during school in the TEMS Cafeteria. Sign up today!!

• Attention all 7th graders! Get ready to dance the night away in a white-out Winter Wonderland dance this Friday, January 10th! There will be great music, a selfie booth and winter-themed face painting. Tickets cost $10 and are on sale now from your homeroom teacher.
