Eighty [80] TE Debaters representing a total of 30 teams traveled to Seymour High School to compete in the first full tournament of the year. While it was not a stellar day for debate teams, it was an outstanding day for individual debaters. In the NOVICE DIVISION, five TEMS students placed in the Top 10 including:

  10th Place - Mysha Husain
9th Place - Nashwa Changampally Kizhakkumpattu

Kudos to those five students and their amazing performances. In the OPEN Division, Ananya Save displayed superior debate skills finishing in 9th place. But the day belonged to Simone Kaur who bested the other 110 OPEN Debaters and was named MOST OUTSTANDING DEBATER finishing in 1st Place!! Congratulations Simone!!
