  • It’s that time of year again- time to take part in helping choose the 2021 Intermediate and Middle School Nutmeg Book Award winners.  The Nutmeg Book Award is chosen by students in grades 4 to 8 throughout the state and represents our state book award. You must have read at least one or more of the current Nutmeg nominees in either category to be eligible to vote AND can only vote once per category. Voting will start on Thursday, April 1st  and end on Friday, April 23rd. Cast your vote online by visiting the main LMC page. Make sure you have a say in this year’s Nutmeg Book Award Winner. See Mrs. Longo if you have any questions.
  • Intramural Tennis/Pickleball will be held this spring with Mr. Chandler on three consecutive Wednesdays, starting May 12th and ending on May 26th...weather permitting.  Please note, students will either play tennis or pickleball during the session. If interested, please see Mr. Chandler or any other PE teacher for a permission slip, which will be available in the main gym or the main office.  Space will be limited as there are only four courts, so get your permission slip in early. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Chandler in the main gym or in Room 135.
