  • The Teen Center Youth Council has put together a month long fundraiser that will begin in January to support a nonprofit organization, called Dignity Grows. We are asking for monetary donations from the community that will go towards purchasing hygiene products for those in need. For just as little as $10 you can donate a Dignity Tote to a neighbor in need. The totes are filled with a month’s supply of feminine hygiene products, along with a toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and deodorant. Spread the word and support your local Youth Council and their efforts!
  • From Mrs. Roman in Orchestra: Attention all 8th Grade Orchestra Students! There will be a Meet this afternoon at 2pm. Please check your email about joining a new 8th Grade Orchestra Google Classroom, and use the link provided. More information is in the Classroom Stream. See you all at 2pm!
  • In January, all students will take the district winter benchmark assessment, the STAR assessment, remotely.   This computer based assessment measures certain knowledge and skills in both math and reading.  The test begins at 8:45 both days, with math on Wednesday, January 6, and reading Thursday, January 7.  Students, please be on time to the homeroom Google Meet, work on this test independently, and remember to try your best.
