  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Wednesday, April 24.
  • The TE baseball team suffered it's first loss of the season on Tuesday afternoon...final score was JFK 14   TE 6.  The Cougars jumped out to a 6 to 0 lead after an inning and a half, but the bats became silent after this.  TE was led by Brayden Kearney, Dash Hayes and Lucas Paauwe.  All three had a single and one RBI.  Colin LeDoux also added a single for the Cougars. TE's next game is against Illing on Thursday afternoon.
  • The softball team lost their game yesterday against JFK.  The final score was 5 to 3.  TE opened the first inning inning with a one to nothing start.  Lila Sheridan got on base and was advanced by Riley Quigley's hit and then scored on Gemma Duhamel's single.  TE didn't score another run until the bottom of the seventh.  Daphne Specht hit a double to start the 7th inning.  Raegan Burnham walked and then Josie Tomkunas hit a double to score both Daphne and Raegan, but the next 3 batters got out.  There's always next time!  TE hosts their first home game of the season today after school around 3:45 against Suffield Middle School.  Come on out and support them!  Good luck!
