  • Do you have gently used sporting equipment that you no longer need?  Give them a second life by donating it to Equipment Assist.  Equipment Assist is a local program run by 3 high school juniors who are collecting items to donate to the Hartford Police Athletic League (PAL) and Active City, which benefits underserved youth.  From now through April 30th, we are collecting all types of gently used sports equipment including but not limited to: cleats, ice and hockey skates, baseball gloves, balls, helmets, shin guards, etc.  All sizes are acceptable.  South Windsor pick-ups will be on April 2nd and 30th.  If you have questions, or to schedule a pick up, please email [email protected]
  • Mrs. Bajorek and Mrs. Longdin would like to extend a hearty congratulations to this year's Science Olympiad teams!  This past Saturday, 29 TEMS students boarded the bus at 6:45 am to travel to Coventry to compete in three types of event skills; study skills, lab skills, and build events.  Between the two teams, students medaled in 16 events.  This is an amazing accomplishment for teams made 100% of new members.  We are so very proud of each and every one of you.  The Purple team placed third, overall, in the state!  Excellent job.  As the week continues, we will share the names of each and every medal winner.  Keep watching.Science Olympiad members - there is NO practice today.  We will have a celebration on Thursday after school until the late busses arrive.  Bring your own beverage.  We will provide some snacks, awards, event outcomes, and a space to celebrate your accomplishments!  See you Thursday!
  • The Spring Fling dance is this Friday from 6-8.  This is our first whole school dance and should not disappoint.  There will be dancing, food, photo opportunities, and more!  Tickets went on sale today.  If you did not get your ticket today, they are available the rest of the week.
