• Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Tuesday, January 10.

• The TE Outdoor Education club is hosting a trip to South Windsor Arena to go ice skating. All students are welcome to come out and enjoy a session of skating with their friends. The trip will take place on Wednesday, January 25th from 3:30-5:20 and costs $15. This fee includes transportation to the arena and rental skates. Students will need to arrange for a ride home at 5:20 pm from South Windsor Arena. For more information and to sign up, please contact Sr. Gandia-Torres or Mr. Bartolotta.

• The TE Newspaper is out! With issues published every other Monday, we have content for everyone, whether you like sports, memes, or social issues. The link to the first issue is in the "Parents and Students" tab on our school website. Check it out and make sure to vote on the newspaper's name!
  

• Are you a 7^th grader looking to do something different during one of your WIN periods? Do topics like friendships, self-confidence and inclusion interest you? Join Ms. Mills, Ms. Danielle and Mrs. Reed for a fun 7th grade Girls Circle group starting soon! Garnet and Crimson will meet on Tuesdays and Ruby and Scarlet will meet on Fridays, both from 11:40-12:20.  We will play games, make crafts and have fun! If you are interested, sign up in the Guidance Office. Space is limited, so join Girls Circle today!
  

• Teen Center Announcements -  We are hosting another BINGO night at the Teen Center on Friday, January 13^th from 6:30-7:30pm! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f4fa8a622a2ffce9-middle#/ Students can join us on Kid Inventors Day for our Shark Tank event at the Teen Center on January 17^th from 3:30-5pm! People can donate their gently used or new books to the Teen Center’s Youth Council volunteers at the Community Center from 3:30-5pm. Students can join us at the Teen Center for a Movie Night from 6-8pm on Friday the 27^th!
