  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Tuesday, December 20.
  • Attention all TEMS Band members, all of Mr. Marci's lessons for today are canceled.  Please bring your Chromebook and headphones to band today.
  • Attention students who will be attending basketball games this year at TEMS.  You will be dismissed from your last period class when all buses have been called.  At this time, you will proceed to B common area where you will sign in with the game supervisor.  You will need to arrive promptly after the last bus is called.  Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the gym unless you have a pass from one of your teachers. You may take the late bus home at 4:05pm on Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays or you can be picked up by a parent at 4:45pm.
  • Ms. Mills, Ms. Danielle and Mrs. Reed will be offering a 7th grade Girls Circle group starting in January. Garnet and Crimson will meet on Tuesdays and Ruby and Scarlet will meet on Fridays, both from 11:40-12:20.  Each week we will have fun playing games, making crafts and talking about important topics like friendships, inclusion, goal setting and confidence building! If you are interested, sign up in the Guidance Office by Thursday, December 22nd. Space is limited, so join Girls Circle today!
  • Attention all writers and artists.  Calling all poets and photographers!  Out of the Blue needs you!  We are ready to begin 2023 strong with your amazing work.  Out of the Blue is a nationally award winning magazine that features the great poems, short stories, drawings, photos, and comic strips of TEMS students.  Please attend a meeting on Monday January 9 in room 222 in the Scarlet hallway with Ms. Olsen to learn more if you are interested.  No need to sign up in advance.  See Ms. Olsen with any questions.
  • Winter Spirit week is here to bring some cheer to our school community. Tomorrow is Comfy/Cozy Day so come dressed in your most comfortable outfit. Thursday we will wear our Best Outfits to celebrate the New Year, and we will end the week with Festive Sweater Friday.
