• Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Wednesday, May 3.

• Are you wanting to improve your speed and agility?  If so, the speed, agility and quickness camp is just for you.  Whether you are a beginner or want to get faster this camp will help you in so many ways.  This is a summer camp that will begin on July 24th and end on July 28th.  You can pick up more information in the boys and girls locker room or see Mrs. Giaccone in the main gym.  

• Thank you to everyone who wore blue yesterday to celebrate the release of Out of the Blue!  You looked BLUEtiful!  There are so many wonderful pieces in this year's magazine.  Did you see the breathtaking artwork from Soujatya Dasgupta or read Diya Krishna's lovely poems?  Be sure to check them out!
  

• The Timothy Edwards Athletics Department is hosting it's first ever Cricket Intramurals.  There are limited spots available for this after school program, so it will be offered to students that sign-up first. A confirmation email will be sent to all students that have been accepted for Cricket Intramurals.  Once you sign up, you will be able to participate every Monday until June 5th.  If you have additional equipment, you are encouraged to bring it in on or before the first participation date.  If you don't have equipment, don't worry there will be some to share.  LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS May 5th.  You must go to the TEMS Homepage to register.  Any questions, please see Mr. Chandler in the main gym.

• Welcome back to another edition of TETV News. Today is Tuesday, May 3 and it is SBAC Practice Test Day. Don't forget, tomorrow is May the Fourth Be with You day for Spirit day, so dress up in your Star wars gear and show your school spirit.

• TEMS will be raising money until May 6 along with Eli Terry and PRS to help fight Pantothenate kinase-associated neurodegeneration, also known as PKAN. PKAN is a brain disorder that you are born with. It affects our ability to do everyday activities. PKAN gets worse as you grow up. Most people end up in a wheelchair and can’t talk. Most people with PKAN pass away before the age of 10.. Please bring a small donation like $1 or $2 to your homeroom teacher. We also ask that everyone wear red on this Thursday May 6th to show their support!
  

• Attention all band students, Mr. Marci's band lessons are canceled for today.  Please remain in your regular ENCORE classes.

• This week is a Purple week. It is a Day 2 for Grade 6 and a Day 5 for Grades 7 & 8.

• Good morning TE, I am very excited to announce that the 2022 Intermediate and Middle School Nutmeg Nominees are now on display in the library media center! I've updated the main LMC page with these new nominees to provide you with a brief summary of each title.  The majority of these titles are also available digitally through Destiny Discover.
