  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Friday, November 17.
  • Thank you to all of you who have purchased dance tickets for this Friday's Neon Dance!  If you have not yet filled out the form to attend the dance, please make sure you do it today.  If you have filled out the form but have not purchased your ticket yet, please bring $10 to the lobby to secure your ticket. This morning is the last chance to purchase tickets. Tickets will not be on sale at the door.  The Neon Dance will have a quiet station in the library with bracelet making and puzzles in addition to music, face painting, and snacks in the cafeteria! Come join the fun!
  • Finding Nemo sign-ups close after today! If you haven't yet filled out the sign-up form in the Entertainers Google Classroom, do so today! Make sure you bring your $30 participation fee, cash or check, to either Ms. Carver (room 145) or Mrs. Leveille (room 283).  Next up, crew selection and auditions!
  • To celebrate Computer Science Education Week, the State Department of Education is offering a Women in STEM-C event on Saturday, Dec 2nd. Students will engage with STEM and Computer Science activities that focus on teaching team work, lateral thinking, and organization. If interested have a parent or guardian sign you up at the link on the news page. Sign up Link
  • Girls basketball tryouts will be held on November 27th and November 29th after school from 2:45 - 4:00.  Additional tryouts may be added at a later date. All participants must be registered through Power School and have a physician's statement on file prior to the tryout dates.  Students who to not have a physician statement will not be eligible to tryout. Any questions, please see Mr. Chandler in the main gym.
  • Boys Basketball tryouts will be held Dec 4th through the 6th afterschool.. All tryouts will be in the main gym.  Plan to attend all tryouts.  Wear suitable clothing and basketball shoes (or sneakers).  All participants must be registered through Power School and have a physician's statement on file prior to the tryout dates.  Students who to not have a physician statement will not be eligible to tryout. Any questions please contact Mr. McClay.
  • Cheerleading tryouts will be held on Dec 4th, 6th, and 8th from 2:45-4pm. Tryouts will take place in the small gym. Plan to attend all tryout dates unless previously discussed with Coach Edwards. Wear PE clothes and sneakers and also bring a water bottle. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Edwards in room 302.

  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV Morning News. Today is Thursday, November 17.
  • Attention 7th Graders…. We are excited to announce the Neon Dance which will be on Friday, December 2nd. This is your first dance of the year, and a chance for all of 7th grade to come together and have some fun. So get out your brightest outfit and join us! Tickets are $10 and available through your homeroom teacher starting today. Students must also complete the Dance Google Form to attend. Can't wait to see you all there!
  • Attention students attending SAGA, it is canceled for today. Again there will be no SAGA meeting today
  • If you missed the Entertainers general interest meeting and you're still interested in learning more about joining cast or crew, join the Entertainers Google Classroom using the code: vkhbmk3. Everything you need to know, including sign-ups, audition materials, and information about the show can be found in the Google Classroom. If you have any additional questions, email Mrs. Leveille or Miss Carver.
  • Attention all boys and girls, we are excited to announce tryouts for the 2022-2023 TEMS cheer sideline and competition team.  Cheer tryouts are open to both girls and boys and will be held on 11/28, 11/30, and 12/1 from 2:40-4 pm in the small gym.  Please see the TEMS athletic page for registration details.  If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Edwards.
  • Attention all students interested in trying out for the TEMS Basketball teams this winter. Boys Tryouts will be held November 28th and 29th - 2:45 - 4:00. Also on December 2nd if necessary. Girls Tryouts will be held November 30th and December 1st - 2:45 - 4:00.  Also possibly on December 2nd. Report to the main gym upon dismissal.  All attendees must have a ride for 4:00 or take the late bus.  Late buses are not available on November 29th.  Please make the necessary arrangements to be picked up for 4:00.  Students should wear athletic clothing and basketball shoes for tryouts.  
  • Lost and Found is full, and it is full of your belongings. Please stop by the main lobby at some point this week to check for lost or missing items. Items will be displayed until next Wednesday, and then the lost and found will be cleared. Make sure you stop by to double check for your items.

  • Welcome back to another edition of TETV News. Today is Wednesday November 17th and its Thinking cap day!
  • Attention all students interested in trying out for the TEMS Cougars Cheer Team.  The TEMS Cheerleading Team practices daily after school, cheers at all home boys and girls basketball games, and competes at one local competition per season. Tryouts begin Monday, November 29th, Tuesday, November 30th, and Thursday December 2nd from 2:45-4:00. All sports forms with a doctor's note must be turned in prior.  Please email Mrs. Edwards with any questions.
  • Attention boys and girls interested in playing TE Basketball. Boys Basketball tryouts will be on November 29th and 30th from 2:45 - 4:00 after school in the main gym. Girls Basketball tryouts will be December 1st and 2nd also in the main gym.  Students can take the late bus or players will be expected to have a ride home at 4:00 if tryouts are not on a late bus day.  Please see the school website for more information or speak to Mr. Chandler in the main gym.

  • This is a Cougar Week.  It is a Day 3 for Grade 6 and a Day 1 for Grades 7 & 8.
  • Team t-shirts are now on sale for $8 thru the online store.  You can access the online store on the TEMS Webpage.
  • Join Danielle at the Teen Center for our Skills for Success group! Designed to help you make and keep friends, learn how to read and respond appropriately to social cues, problem-solve, and so much more. We will focus on topics such as interpersonal skills, self-awareness, personal care, bullying, etc. Social skills are an important part of functioning in society but often get left behind. Displaying good manners, communicating effectively with others, being considerate of the feelings of others and expressing personal needs are all important components of solid social skills. This group will promote positive youth development and encouraging relationships with others. This is a 6-week session that will be held every Wednesday beginning on December 2nd.
