  • Hello I'm Sarah Wayne would like to make an announcement to TEMS. On June 6th I will be celebrating my Bat Mitzvah, this is a special day that I have been working hard on. I will be organizing a slipper drive here at TE. So, I would like to ask the students and teachers on next Monday January 6th to bring in a pair of slippers, If you bring in a pair of slipper you will be able to wear a pair of slippers.  I would like people to participate in this because this is for moms and children that are going through domestic violence. They're not in great situation so I would love to help them with you. With this slipper drive I will be donating all the slippers that I received to a place called interval  house. This  is the organization where the moms and children go they come with nothing except the clothes on their backs. So I would like you to help me help them by making their lives better  and making them happy thank you.
  • The Lady Cougars were back in action last night taking on Tolland, defeating the Eagles 41-15.  Leading the Lady Cougars in scoring was Nour Abunasra with 10 points while Reagan Heafey-DeAngelis had nine and Angie Santiago and Cassie Polanski chipped in 6 points each.  The energy and effort was there the entire game and the Lady Cougars did yeoman's work on the defensive while rebounding the glass very well too.  Next up, TEMS take on Illing of Manchester today after school.  Tip-in's: Sofia Bowers and Huntyr Courtois had four points each in the win!

  • The boys basketball started the new year with a convincing 57-37 win against Tolland.  The pressure defense and fast break points led to an early lead and the Cougars never looked backed. The balanced scoring and overall team defensive helped push them Cougars record to 1-1.  The boys play again today at Illing.

  • The Lady Cougars were back on the hardwood last night taking on The Patriots of JFK. JFK arrived with a much different look than the previous year as two players controlled much of their offense. TEMS countered with good team play and make it hard for the Lady Patriots to get a great deal going. TEMS were led by Anna Matus with 11 points while Olivia Petgrave chipped in 7 and Princess Black scored a cool 6 off the bench. Ava Magarian and Jada Tran had two points each while Emerson Iacovelli made one of two free throws.  It was a tough game throughout as both teams played hard. Up next the Lady Cougars take on Ellington away on Friday.

  • Jump Start will be held this afternoon. Please bring all needed supplies with you to the cafeteria right after school.
