TE Morning News - November 28, 2018 
  • Good Morning TE! The Peer Mediators would like to do something special this holiday season. Some of you may have already noticed that the showcases just outside of the main office have been decorated to promote our Strive For Five core values. The mediators, along with the teachers and staff, will be recognizing students who demonstrate one or more of the Strive For Five values. We hope that you will spread some holiday cheer by being kind, thoughtful, and caring. We're also looking to recognize those of you who show honesty, responsibility, and respect. And don't forget to include others and accept others for their individuality! Looking forward to catching you living by Strive for Five! 
  • Attention all cross country athletes: If you ordered a cross country team or individual picture, stop by Coach Nelson's room in 251 by the end of the week to pick up your order.

  • Girls Basketball tryouts for the TEMS Girls basketball team will be held after school on Wednesday, November 28th and Thursday, November 29th.  Tryouts will run until 4:00 pm on both days.  Late buses will be available after school on both days of tryouts.  If you have any questions regarding tryouts, please see Mr. Chandler in the main gym or in room 121.

  • Do you want to win some prizes?  How about a dancing water speaker, phone neck mount, electronic table top drum pad or foldable headphones with built in mic? This is how you enter. Step ONE: Purchase a Movember ticket or Three for a Dollar. Step TWO: Write your name and homeroom on each ticket you purchase. Step THREE: Place the tickets in the raffle box found in the cafeteria by the school store.  This raffle is sponsored by the Mustache Justice League.  The Mustache Justice League is made up of Mr. Lowd, Mr. Millard, Mr. Gaucher, Mr. Rymarzick, and Mr. Marci.  Remember, More tickets gives you more chances to win.  
  • Entertainers auditions for Newsies are being held this week. 7th grade is today and 6th grade on Thursday.  Please report to the auditorium immediately after school and be prepared to stay until late buses at 4:05 pm.  Good luck to all!

  • Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Chicken Alfredo, in the Grill line you can have Meatball Sub and in the On the Go line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches.  Have a great day, do your best,  remember to always strive for 5!
