TE Morning News - October 22, 2018 
  • Tonight is the donation deadline for our Walk-A-Thon. Thank you to everyone who has already donated!  We want to take a moment to give a shout out to the teams that have met their $2000 Team Goal.  Thank you to the Evergreen, Lime, Sage, Garnet, and Pacific Teams! And the Ruby Team is so close! We still need help reaching our $20,000 net goal.  Please consider making a donation if you haven't already by going to thegetmovincrew.com. The prize competitions will close tonight and prizes will be announced tomorrow morning for the fundraising winners. Here's a recap of our leaders.  For the $100 cash prize for the top fundraiser in each grade are Lauren Graham for 6th Grade, Timothy Bortolan for 7th grade and Tony DeMartino for the 8th grade.  The top fundraising team and currently in the lead for the prize of a team pizza party is the Lime Team.  And the grade in the lead for cross team lunches in November is the 6th grade. Be sure to tune in tomorrow! And thank you to everyone that has already helped to make our fundraiser a success! 
  • Wednesday is Unity Day,  please wear orange to show that we stand united for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.  So remember to wear Orange on Wednesday!  
  • Have you noticed the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF signs that appeared all over school last week?  It is that time of year again.  Won't you consider digging out some spare change at home or in your backpack to help children all over the world? UNICEF helps children in emergencies by providing food, safe drinking water, medical care and education. Children deserve a chance to live happy, healthy lives.  Please help by donating to your homeroom Trick-or-Treat box. Thank you!!

  • A reminder to all students: The POP (preschool) wing is for preschool use only.  Students are not permitted to walk through that hallway to use the stairwell at the end of that hall.  Please be respectful of our youngest students and their space.
  • Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Sweet and Sour Chicken, in the Grill line you can have Chicken Parmesan and in the On the Go line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches. Have a great day, do your best,  remember to always strive for 5!
