"Everyone stop what you're doing and listen! We have excellent news! The Timothy Edwards literary magazine is incredibly proud to announce that we have won another national award for our sixth year in a row! We placed with a ranking of "Excellent" in the NCTE's national literary magazine contest. We are one of only two middle schools in the ENTIRE state to win this honorable ranking and it would not be possible without the hard work of our club members and the wonderful submissions from our students and staff. We thank you all immensely and hope that you will contribute to our magazine again this year to help us produce another fabulous issue!"

Lady Cougars battled Sage Park of Windsor last night in a CRAL match up. A highly contested game which was difficult for everyone to keep up with, the Lady Cougars fell to the Chargers 25 to 22. There were a lot of Blood Sweat and Tears On The Floor, as the Lady Cougars put their entire hearts and bodies and minds into the game. Leading the Cougars was Lexie Wheeler, Haydin Courtois and Maria Galley with six points a piece. Reagan H-D, Nour Abunasra and Bridget Doherty each chipped in with 2 a piece. The lady cougars next play on Thursday at home against Ellington. Come out and cheer on the girls.
The Cougar Community Service Club meeting will be held in Mrs. Stetson's room in the Ruby Team hallway, room 235, today after school.
Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Cherry Blossom Chicken. In the Grill line you can have Chicken Tenders and in the On the Go line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches. Have a great day, do your best, and remember to always strive for 5!
