  • Good morning TEMS- Military families help sustain our fighting force – those on whom we depend for the security and safety of our nation.  You know, it’s not easy for children to have a parent that is deployed to serve our country and we want to honor the sacrifices these children and their families make.  Governor Ned Lamont has designated the month of April as the Month of the Military Child or PURPLE  UP FOR MILITARY KIDS!   Tomorrow, April 24th has been designated as the day to thank and honor our military children for their strength and sacrifice – Let us show our support, thanks and appreciation for their strength and sacrifice by wearing the color purple tomorrow – PURPLE UP FOR MILITARY KIDS!
  • Additionally, those of you who have a parent in the military, please send me a photo or bring in a photo of your family member in the military.  We will show these photos each day for the remainder of the month of April.  On behalf of TEMS, thank you to our Military Families!! Have a great day, do your best and Always STRIVE FOR FIVE plus ONE.
