It’s that time of year again! Time to work on TE’s nationally award winning art and literature magazine Out of the Blue! We want and need new members. And current members, we can’t wait to see you again! We will meet on Monday January 7, 2019 in Ms. Olsen’s room, room 312 in the Garnet hallway! We need writers, poets, artists, photographers, or anyone who wants to come and have fun and celebrate the talents of staff and students here at TE. If you would like to attend, but are unable to, please be sure to see Ms. Olsen before January 7. It’s bound to be a great time! Stayed tuned for more exciting details.”
Reminder to all 7th and 8th grade students: If you want a 7th grade First Aid or 8th grade CPR/AED certification card the form and $2 are due today. Please get them to your Health teacher as soon as possible.
Attention all sixth grade Stock Market Game participants:
The SWAG is in. Stop by room 358 to pick up your swag.
The TEMS Lady Cougars took the the hard wood last night only to fall to the Rams of Illing 38-31. The contest was back and forth all night, however, Illing pulled ahead at the ending the hopes of a 2 and 0 start for the Lady Cougars. Anna Matus led TEMS with 8 points, while Reagan Heafey-Deangelis and Princess Black chipped in 7 and 5 respectively, as both hit a 3 pointer on the night. The Cougars are off the break but start back up again on Jan 2 with a home game against JFK. Come out and cheer on the girls.
Attention 8th Grade Students who had ART with Ms. Gravell first trimester: Your clay projects are out of the kiln! You can pick them up ANYTIME to take them home!
Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have French Toast, in the Grill line you can have Turkey Dog and in the So Deli line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches. Have a great day, do your best, and remember to always strive for 5!
