  • Are you an amazing artist or future author? Then submit to Out of the Blue! Out of the Blue is Timothy Edward’s nationally award winning literary magazine, 7 years in a row! You can submit anything from artwork, to photography, short stories, news articles, and MORE. Our contests (yes we have contests) consist of cover art, writing and poems, and a strive for five contest.  If you don’t submit to this amazing magazine, you are missing out on winning a Amazon gift card that is at least 20 dollars!
