TE Morning News - March 21, 2019 
  • Are you an amazing artist or future author? Do you love writing poems and taking amazing photos? Then submit to Out of the Blue! You could win amazing prizes and your artwork could even be featured on the cover of the magazine! But hurry, all submissions must be turned in to Mrs. Olsen on Garnet by April 15.
  • Attention 6th grade Ambassadors: Our first lunch meeting will be today in the guidance office. You will get a pass in homeroom this morning.
  • Well it's finally Spring and that means the dance you've all been waiting for is finally here.  Tickets go on sale  Monday for the Red, White, and Blue dance to be held next Friday night. Remember to dress in your best patriotic outfits for the best individual and group competition. This dance always sells out, so get your ticket early and don't delay!
  • You've all seen the big yellow boxes in your team hallways, right? The preschoolers in POP, along with the rest of us at TE, are collecting supplies and raising money for an animal rescue group. Please support our POP friends by paying $1 to wear a hat tomorrow! Thank you!
  • LAST CALL... please check for any lost and found items in the front lobby. All items not claimed by next Tuesday will be donated to Good Will.
  • Tryouts for spring sports are as follows... Baseball tryouts for 8th graders will be held on Monday, March 25th and Tuesday, March 26th from 2:40 to 4:30. Softball will be held Thursday, March 28, Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1 from 2:40 to 4:30. Girls Track Tryouts will be on Monday, April 1 from 2:40-4:30.  Boys track tryouts will be held on Tuesday, April 2 from 2:40-4:30. 
  • Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Chicken Taco Meat, in the Grill line you can have Pulled Turkey BBQ Sandwich, and in the So Deli line you can have your choice of deli sandwiches.  Do your best today and as always, strive for five!
