  • Good Morning TE - The 3rd Annual PTO Walk-A-Thon will kick off on Wednesday.  This is our only fundraiser of the school year and we need your support!  Our school goal is to raise $20,000 and our individual student goal – that’s you – is to raise $50.  The money we raise helps to support activities and events sponsored by our school.  On Wednesday you will receive a packet of information that tells you and your family how to go on line to begin the pledge process.  So our kick off date is Wednesday, September 26th.  Our Walk-a-Thon date is Wednesday, October 17th.  You will have almost a month to get those pledges.   There are incentives, too!  As you raise money, your name gets put into a raffle to win some pretty cool prizes like gift cards to Starbucks, Barnes/Noble, Ben and Jerry’s, Jump Off and CineMark.  Also, the top fundraising student in each grade will receive a $100 cash prize, and the overall top team will win a pizza party.  We will be highlighting amounts raised by each team in the cafeteria so that you can watch how your team is doing.  So let’s get ready to do our best to reach that goal!! Have a great day, do your best and ALWAYS STRIVE FOR FIVE plus ONE.
