TE Morning News - August 29, 2019 
  • Welcome back to another edition of old school TETV News. We will begin broadcasting the news over the projectors starting on Tuesday next week. Any returning news crew that are interested in working with us again, please come on Tuesday morning to help out. Auditions for new anchors will take place on Tuesday September 10th.
  • Good morning, if you checked out library books over the summer and haven’t returned them yet, please do so as soon as possible. Thanks and looking forward to seeing you soon in the LMC soon, Mrs. Longo.
  • Attention all girls soccer players: Tryouts for the TEMS girls soccer team will be held on 9/3, 9/4, and 9/5. Tryouts will start immediately following school and end at 4:00. All players should report to the main gym with cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. All players must arrange for a ride to pick them up at 4:00. 
  • Tryouts for the girls and boys cross country teams will take place each day from Tuesday, September 3rd, through Friday, September 6th, immediately after school until 4pm. Anyone interested should wear appropriate running gear to tryouts. Girls will meet in the gym common area, boys will meet outside of the school in front of the gym common area. Please plan to have a ride home at 4pm.  
  • Boys' soccer tryouts will be Sept. 3rd, 4th and 5th immediately after school.  Players are to change into athletic clothing in the boys locker room and meet in the main gym once school is dismissed.  DO NOT wear your soccer shoes in the building. All documentation must be submitted to the main office in order to tryout. Tryouts will go until 4:00 each day.  Please bring water and shin guards. You must have a ride home at 4:00.  
  • Attention all girls trying out for field hockey: Tryouts for NEWCOMERS ONLY will be held on Tuesday September 3rd from 2:40-4:30. You must have sneakers, shin guards,  a mouth guard, and a water bottle to try out. Tryouts for ALL players will be Wednesday, September 4th, 5th and 6th from 2:40-4:30. Please meet in the main gym after school. Any questions please see Mrs. Custer in the gym or in room 364.

TE Morning News - August 29, 2018 
  • Good morning TEMS!  Welcome back!  At bus duty this morning, it was so nice to see so many familiar faces and so nice to welcome new faces.  Over the next week administration will be meeting with all teams to personally welcome you and talk about the contributions you can make in ensuring a positive, productive school year.  As a matter of fact, I will be seeing seventh grade teams today!!  All of staff here work hard to make TEMS a great place for learning and we will support you to be successful! We are counting on you to help make this a great year and strive to live our core values of responsibility, caring, honesty, kindness, acceptance and respect. Have a great day every one, do your best and STRIVE for Five plus One!
  • Attention to those trying out for a fall sport...Checks and physician's statements can be brought in to the main office.  Forms are due by Friday, August 31, 2018. To be eligible to try out, you must be signed up in Parent Portal, turn in a check for $100 made out to Timothy Edwards Middle School and provided an up to date physician's statement. Checks will be refunded if you are not selected for the team.
  • Attention girls who are trying out for Field Hockey: Tryouts will start on September 4th for NEWCOMERS ONLY from 2:45-4:30. Meet in the main gym after school. September 5-7th will be for everyone trying out until 4:30. Shin guards, mouth guard, sneakers, and water bottle are mandatory for tryouts. Sticks can be provided. Any questions see Mrs Custer or Mr. Wilkinson. 
  • Attention all boys interested in Boys Soccer tryouts: Boys soccer tryouts will be held next week, September, 3rd, 4th, and 5th, that's Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, immediately after school until 4:00.  All students must have a ride home at 4:00 or take the late bus if available.  Players must bring soccer shoes and shin guards to participate.  Water is also highly recommended.  Players should report to the main gym immediately after school on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Attention all Girls Soccer players: Tryouts for the TEMS girls soccer team will be held next Tuesday through Friday immediately following school until 4:15. All players should report to the main gym with cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. All players must arrange for a ride to pick them up at 4:15.
  • Please keep an ear out for cross country try out information.

  • Today for lunch... In the Create line you can have Chicken Tenders. In the Grill line you can have Pizza Burger and in the On the Go line you can have your choice of sandwiches . Have a great day, and remember to always strive for 5!
