  • Hello all students and staff at TE! The time for the Timothy Edwards 50th Anniversary Celebration is here! We asked in our initial news announcement weeks ago: "Does 50 years sound like a long time to you? Can you name some things that happened 50 years ago?" We gave some reasons why 1968 was such a historic year in modern American history, including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert F. Kennedy, and the NASA Apollo 8 mission. It was also 50 years ago when Timothy Edwards opened for the first time as the new school in South Windsor. We will be celebrating this with some special activities and events this week, including the Timothy Edwards 50th Anniversary Celebration tomorrow, Thursday May 31st from 6:30 to 8:00 here at TE. Come to school with your parents and former students and staff to celebrate and see former staff members. We will be ending with deserts from our multicultural heritage, so don't miss it! All current and former students and staff are invited for tomorrow's May 31st evening celebration 6:30-8:00.
